Ghent Square
Ghent Square Community Association is located in Ghent, a beautiful historic neighborhood located near downtown Norfolk, Virginia. Our community is comprised of 462 units that include single-family homes, townhomes, and two condominium associations. The community combines the safety and security of the suburbs, with the convenience of urban living. Wide open greenspaces are scattered throughout the community and mature trees line the public and private streets.
Whether you’ve recently moved in, are a long-time resident, or are looking for the perfect place to call home, we invite you to navigate our website and learn more about our community. Better yet, get involved! Learn more at our Annual Meeting on Monday, December 2 at 6 PM at The Williams School.
Clubhouse features 86″ TV with video conference camera, full kitchen, restrooms, and lawn space for events. Rental accommodates up to 40 people and can be rented by homeowners.
Ghent Square features a180,000-gallon, half-Olympic size with 6 lanes, diving board, wader pool for younger members, full locker rooms with showers and storage. Open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Ghent Square added five new pickleball courts in 2020. While they’re a huge hit in the community, we still love our three tennis courts. Regardless of which sport you prefer, you’re gonna love our courts.
