We kindly remind you to place your trash at the curbside no earlier than 5 PM on Monday evenings and remove them by 11:30 PM Tuesday. Bulk trash pickup should be scheduled no later than 3 PM on Mondays.
To maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic of our neighborhood, we ask that you refrain from leaving trash receptacles, bags, or bulky items such as couches at the curb outside of designated times. According to our ARB guidelines, “Driveways, carports, and parking spaces visible from any public access or Association property shall not be used to store any containers for any purpose whatsoever with the exception of ARB approved trash and/or recycle container enclosures or screens.”
