The playground will be closed for repairs on Sunday-Tuesday, November 17-19, 2024. Because an adult was riding the duck and broke it, the community will now have to spend $2000 to repair the surface area around the duck and it will not be replaced. Due to heavy use and age of the playground, we will also have additional repairs made to the playground’s surface. As a reminder, the Ghent Square playground is for children. Adults are normally too big and heavy for the swings, slides, and other playground equipment.
