Ling Gui Qi Gong, meaning spiritual turtle in Chinese, is a technique admired for promoting stillness, calm, longevity, and peaceful breathing. This healing practice supports optimal organ function, facilitates the flow of qi to remove blockages, strengthens the body against disease, and calms the mind and heart to reduce stress, ease anxiety and improve sleep.
The first free Qi Gong class will be streamed at 10 AM on Saturday, January 18 on their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/lotusacupunctureclinic. The remaining three Saturday classes will be at 10 AM at the Ghent Square Clubhouse on January 25, February 1, and February 8. Spots are limited.
