ARB Due Process Hearing

An Architectural Review Board hearing has been scheduled to determine whether fees should be imposed for homeowners falling out of compliance with our community governing documents and guidelines. If you received a notice, you may be present at the hearing, should you so desire. If you wish to attend the hearing you must notify us by emailing ghentsquare.office@gmail.com prior to the hearing date.
