HOA dues have increased from $260/quarter to $275/quarter in 2025. Assessments are due on the first of January, April, July and October ($1100/year). A coupon booklet will not be sent to you. If you mail in your assessment, please include your name, street address and account number on the check and send to:

If you would like to pay online, you can set up automatic payments through your bank. You can also log into your TownSq account and pay via www.Kliknpay.com (use zip code 23507) or pay with your credit card for a small convenience fee. Full Affiliate membership dues will also increase in 2025 from $700/year to $800/year and Courts Only Affiliate dues from $300/year to $400/year. Send dues to:
